FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN

The Coralville Community Food Pantry is excited to team up with Iowa Women’s Basketball players Taylor Stremlow, Journey Houston, and Amari Whiting for a special fundraising campaign. From Thursday July 9 to Thursday, July 23, these Hawks are encouraging fans to donate $20 or more for a chance to win a series of Iowa swag as well as a chance to face the three players in a friendly game of HORSE. Together, our goal is to raise $10,000 to help the Food Pantry meet the historic rise in community need. A $20 donation = 1 entry, $200 = 3 entries, and $2,000 = 6 entries.

In-person meet & greet

An in-person meet & greet event with Amari, Journey, and Taylor will take place at the Coralville Community Food Pantry (804 13th Ave) on Thursday, July 23 from 2:30-4pm. Visitors for the Meet & Greet are encouraged to bring a donation of $20+ or 2-3 health items to donate (menstrual products, diapers, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, etc.) in exchange for a selfie or autograph with the players. All who bring a donation will be eligible for the special items mentioned above.
