A coalition of Johnson County agencies are partnering to host a Healthy Kids Iowa free food distribution to ensure that 1,600 Johnson County children have access to essential nutrition during the summer months. No pre-registration is required, and children do not need to be present to participate.

Families with children aged 4 to 18 who are at or below 185% of the federal poverty level are eligible to receive $40 in groceries per child.
